CUSTOMER & RENTAL INFORMATION
Completed on the signed PDF copy:
1. Equipment
One 2025 Texas Pride 7x14 dump trailer: 14' long x about 7' wide with 4' sides, about 14 cubic yards.
2. Price and What's Included
The base rental is $375 for up to 5 days. It includes delivery, pickup, and disposal of up to 2 tons (4,000 lb). There is no delivery fee within our service area. Extra days are $25 per day past the first 5 days.
3. Weight Limit and OverageINITIAL
Your rental includes 2 tons (4,000 lb) of disposal. Weight over 2 tons is billed at $100 per ton, rounded up to the next full ton, based on the disposal facility's scale ticket. You agree to pay overage based on that ticket.
Do not load above the top of the walls; the tarp must be able to close. Do not exceed the trailer's legal weight capacity. If it's overloaded so it can't be safely towed, you pay any costs to remove the excess.
4. Prohibited and Ask-First ItemsINITIAL
NOT ALLOWED: hazardous materials, chemicals, liquids, motor oil, fuel, asbestos, propane tanks, medical waste, explosives, dead animals, and other restricted items (anything the disposal facility won't accept).
ASK FIRST: paint, tires, batteries, and appliances with refrigerant (fridges, freezers, AC units) are allowed only with our approval before loading. Extra disposal charges may apply.
If prohibited or unapproved items are found in the load, you pay the actual disposal costs and fees, plus reasonable handling, and any fines or fees charged by the disposal facility. We may refuse to haul the load or remove the items at your expense. Not sure about something? Call or text us a photo before loading.
5. PaymentINITIAL
We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App. No deposit is required. The $375 base rental is due at delivery. Extra-day, weight overage, and prohibited-item charges are due at pickup or when invoiced.
If your balance goes unpaid, you are responsible for collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees to the extent allowed by law. You also pay any returned-check fees allowed by Illinois law.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation is free. There is no charge to cancel before delivery.
7. Delivery, Placement, and Your Property
We're open every day, 7am to 7pm. You choose the placement spot and confirm it is legal and accessible. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, sprinklers, or underground lines from normal delivery and pickup. You are responsible for any permits needed for street placement.
8. Use of the Trailer and DamageINITIAL
Do not move, tow, or relocate the trailer, and do not let others put items in it. You are responsible for damage to the trailer beyond normal wear (for example, burning, overloading damage, or damage from prohibited items) and for loss or theft while it is in your possession.
9. Safety
Keep children and pets away from the trailer, and do not climb on it. You load the trailer at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, you release and agree to indemnify Taylored Trailers from injuries or damage caused by your use of the trailer.
10. General Terms
Illinois law governs this agreement, and any dispute will be handled in Clinton County, Illinois. This is the entire agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Electronic signatures and texted photos of signed copies are accepted.
Signatures
By signing, you confirm you have read and agree to this agreement, including the initialed sections. The customer and Taylored Trailers LLC each sign and date the PDF copy. Sections marked INITIAL are initialed by the customer on the PDF.
